Mr. McMahon joined the firm in 1996 after several years serving as the
manager of the irrigation division of a large landscape irrigation and
equipment distributor.  Although Mr. McMahon's concentration is on golf
course projects, he also frequently collaborates with Dr. Krones on other
irrigation design challenges.
